Education Information; Dr. Faculty Member Rüstem YILMAZ was born in 1979 and graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 2003. He completed his specialty training in İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital, Department of Cardiology in 2009. He worked as a cardiology specialist at Tokat Erbaa State Hospital between 2009-2011. Between 2011-2022 Samsun Gazi State Hospital Cardiology Clinic Specialist. Dr. worked as Between 01.01.2022 and 20.03.2022, Uzm. Dr. Rüstem YILMAZ was appointed to Samsun University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Cardiology on 11.08.2022. He was appointed as a lecturer.

Research Areas; He has international studies on pacemakers, heart rhythm disorders and artificial intelligence applications in cardiology.

Scientific studies; He has 12 scientific studies. He has 2 studies in SCI and SCI-Expanded indexed journals. In addition, he has 4 articles published in journals within the scope of Field Indices (For Fields Defined by UAK). He is the first author in three of these 4 studies, and two of them are in the field of artificial intelligence applications in cardiology. He is also the author of 1 book chapter. He has 3 poster presentations presented at international scientific meetings and published in the proceedings book, and 2 oral presentations presented at national scientific meetings and published in the proceedings book.
