Research Areas: Molecular microbiology, cloning, recombinant protein production and investigation of the cytokine immune responses of these proteins, immunology, flow cytometry and monoclonal antibody studies, cell culture and investigation of the mutagenic effects of pathogens (such as HSV-Herpes simplex virus) in these cultures.

Selected Studies: Investigation of IFN-γ, IL-10 and IL-4 response generated by purification of recombinant NS3 protein of Hepatitis C virus. Assessment of serological data of herpes simplex virus type 1 and 2 infections in Samsun, Turkey, 2012 -2016. Clinical Value of CXCL5 for Determination of Colorectal Cancer”.
