Research Areas: Investigation of bacteria with probiotic properties of human and food origin. Investigation of chemical structures (fatty acids, mycolic acids, polar lipids, vitamins and carbohydrates) that make up the bacterial cell wall by GC, GC-MS, HPLC and PyMS. Investigation of surface active properties of microorganisms. Investigation of antibiotic resistance of pathogens P. aeruginosa and S. aureus and antimicrobial activity of some actinobacteria species on pathogens. Bacterial systematic.
